- Changed GitHub link from easyname889/worldcitisim-frontend to

- Badge now matches GitHub link (both point to isabellaliebgott/mcp-esim)
- Fixed alphabetical placement (moved from 'e' to 'i' section)
- Updated badge alt text to match repo path
