Reads and checks European electronic invoices (Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung,
UBL, CII) against EN 16931, and reports when a Factur-X PDF's visible page and
its embedded XML disagree on the amounts. Placed next to the other invoicing
server in the section.
Rebased on the current main to resolve the merge conflict.
