The entry pointed at the pre-rename monorepo subfolder
(DanMat/create-packkit/tree/main/mcp) and its old Glama namespace, with a
description from when the server had three JS-only tools. It now lives in
its own repo (PackkitLabs/packkit-mcp) and fronts generators for multiple
languages plus a fullstack composer.

- Description made language-agnostic so it won't need re-editing per new
generator (JS/TS, Python, Go, and future languages)
Renames the entry to DanMat/create-packkit per review, and resolves the
conflict by keeping every entry upstream added in the same spot and
appending ours after them. Diff against upstream/main is a single added
line.
Also refreshes the description for what the server does as of 0.2.1:
creating the GitHub repo and pushing, merging into an existing clone
without overwriting, and full-stack monorepos.
