mnemiq is an Apache-2.0 text-to-SQL engine. The MCP server exposes db_read(question) and get_schema() over stdio with per-tool grants.
What makes it different from the other entries in this category: the LLM only proposes SQL. Four deterministic checks — shape, access, dialect, plan — run before execution, and the server refuses instead of returning a plausible wrong answer. Every answer comes back with a trace of the tables read.
