Adds proofcut, a local-first video editor exposed as an MCP server (Python, stdio or streamable HTTP) that takes recordings to a finished film. An agent cuts by transcript word, places b-roll by phrase, scores it, captions, renders and masters it, and then checks the render against the timeline it was made from (`verify`, `check_frames`). It runs on the user's machine over ffmpeg, whisper, auto-editor and MLT, with no hosted service. Licence is PolyForm Shield 1.0.0 (source-available). Measured on Linux and on Windows (a hand-run render and master on a laptop, not CI); the OS marks claim only that.
