docs: update Learning Hub for Copilot CLI v1.0.71–v1.0.72 features
- copilot-configuration-basics: document /worktree and /move split (v1.0.71); /worktree now leaves uncommitted changes behind, /move carries them to the new worktree. Add /voice devices command (v1.0.71-2), plan mode hard-block note (v1.0.71-2), and /chronicle cost-tips subcommand (v1.0.71). - agents-and-subagents: note default maxDepth lowered from 6→4 (v1.0.71); document multi-turn subagents always enabled (v1.0.72). - understanding-mcp-servers: add githubMcpToolsets / githubMcpTools settings for persisting GitHub MCP tool config via settings.json (v1.0.71). - working-with-canvas-extensions: add CLI canvas support section (v1.0.71-2). - installing-and-using-plugins: document copilot plugins remove --skill and --plugin/--mcp/--skill mutation flags (v1.0.72).
