Add skill: vivekchand/clawmetry

Adds the ClawMetry skill (https://clawhub.ai/vivekchand/clawmetry) to the end of the DevOps & Cloud category and bumps the category count. ClawMetry is a local, self-hosted observability dashboard for OpenClaw that reads the session logs OpenClaw already writes on disk, so there is no SDK and nothing in the request path.
