Add StatCite to Finance & Fintech

Browse Source 
Official economic statistics with full citations (World Bank, IMF, BIS, ECB,
ECCB and the Central Bank of Barbados, including Anguilla and Montserrat,
which are not World Bank reporting economies), plus verify_stat/verify_claims
to check claimed figures against the official series before publishing them.
Free remote MCP, Streamable HTTP, stateless, no auth. Listed in the official
MCP Registry as io.github.asokore/statcite.

Rebased onto current main as a single commit: the earlier three-commit branch
edited one line three times, so every upstream neighbour added since made it
conflict, and a conflicting PR is the easiest kind to skip.
