Refresh the Nimbus entry: 94 connectors, 21 tools, npx launcher

The entry was written on 2026-07-30 and three details have moved since:
the connector roster is now 94, the MCP server exposes 21 tools (9 index
reads plus 12 agent briefs, up from 6), and @nimbus-dev/mcp is published
on npm, which is the form most MCP clients put in their config.
