Fix Glama badge URL and update description to match v2.0.0

- Badge URL: use /badges/score.svg format (returns 200, old /scores/ path returned 404)
- Description: updated to reflect actual v2.0.0 tools (live prices, agent scoring, knowledge base)
- Removed outdated claims (7 smart contracts, escrow, insurance)
