fix(abapay): correct MCP endpoint domain and ERC-8004 agent ID

The MCP endpoint now resolves at agents.abapays.com (the dedicated agent
subdomain) instead of www.abapays.com — same server, cleaner domain
separation from the consumer app. ERC-8004 agent ID corrected to 9687
(the registration that actually resolves to AbaPay's own agent card;
9760 belongs to a different project registered under the same owner
wallet). Also clarifies that only the linked-wallet MCP/A2A rail uses
an on-chain allowance — x402 settles via a direct signed transfer with
no contract call at all.
