Point the GreenCalculus entry at the MCP server, not the client SDK

greencalculus-sdk is a client library — Python and JS wrappers for the
REST API. It is not an MCP server, so the entry described the wrong
artifact: nothing in that repo starts, and nothing in it answers an
introspection request.

jeremiahsay/greencalculus-mcp is the actual server. It runs over stdio
via npx or Docker, bridging to the hosted endpoint, and its CI builds the
image and drives tools/list through it on every push.

Also corrects the tool count, which was ten and is now eleven, and moves
the line into alphabetical position — it had been left at G from when the
entry was named "GreenCalculus" rather than owner/repo.
