Update TheRundown data MCP entry for its hosted endpoint

The entry said "No hosted data endpoint", which stopped being true on
2026-09-10: the same six read-only tools are now served at
https://mcp.therundown.io/mcp as well as locally over stdio. Name the
remote endpoint and add the local-service marker, since both are
official.
