jennyf19 2c8fe283e5 fix codespell CI: allow 'checkin' config key; reword 'derails' ...

- Add 'checkin' to .codespellrc ignore-words-list (it's the daily-focus-board
  config key: window.__BOARD__.checkin, state.checkin, data-checkin), matching
  the file's convention for intentional terms.
- Reword 'derails' -> 'pulls you off task' in the design doc (codespell
  false-flags derails -> details).
