docs(gem-team): fix dead LICENSE link in plugin README (#2983)

Browse Source 
The Learn More section linked to a non-existent local LICENSE file in
plugins/gem-team/, causing a 404 error on GitHub. Point the link to the
upstream mubaidr/gem-team repository LICENSE file, matching the adjacent
documentation links.
